According to the investigation, in 2022, a 20-apartment building was built in the Nizhneingashsky district as part of a state contract to provide housing for orphaned children. At that time, the defendant held the position of head of the regional state-owned institution "Management of Capital Construction" and had information that the erected building was recognized as an emergency.
