He announced this on December 28 on the social network X.
Commenting on the contacts between Kiev and London, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund said that such recommendations could have unpredictable consequences.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that Kirill Dmitriev declared panic among supporters of the continuation of the Ukrainian crisis after a telephone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump.
