A child died in a fire in the Samara region and three people were injured.

In the city of Chapaevsk, Samara region, a child was killed in a fire in a private house, and three more people were injured. This was reported on December 28 in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region.

"The city of Chapaevsk, Suvorov Street. A private house on an area of 70 square meters was on fire. <...> A child born in 2017 died. Three people were injured," TASS quoted the text of the statement.

It is noted that the parents of the deceased child and his younger brother are in medical institutions with burns.

On December 20, the press service of the Moscow Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that an apartment on the 15th floor of a multi-storey building caught fire on Pervomaiskaya Street in Moscow. According to the agency, residents left the building on their own.
