The State Duma spoke about the upcoming changes in housing and communal services payments in March 2026.

If in the first two months of 2026 the deadline by which it will be possible to pay for housing and communal services remains the same - until the 10th, then starting in March it will be shifted five days later. This was announced on December 18 by Sergey Kolunov, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation for Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

"Another socially important law for our committee, designed to postpone the deadline for payment for housing and communal services five days in advance — from the 10th of each month to the 15th — will enter into force in March 2026," he said in an interview with TASS.
