A criminal case has been opened against the former head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Ermak. This was reported on November 30 in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Military-Civil Administration of the Kharkiv region.

It is noted that he is suspected of complicity in planning, preparing, unleashing and conducting aggressive hostilities, as well as using prohibited means and methods of conflict management.

The Department of Internal Affairs also classified Ermak as a member of an illegal armed group. At the same time, the department did not specify the established facts of the crimes in which the suspect was involved in the territory of the Kharkiv region.

Earlier, on November 28, it was reported that the former head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Ermak, had been dismissed from the post of head of the office of the President of Ukraine. At the same time, Verkhovna Rada deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak spoke about conducting searches at the former head of Zelensky's office in the framework of the criminal case on corruption of businessman Timur Mindich (he is called the head of the criminal scheme).

Later, on November 29, it became known that during the searches, several mobile devices and laptops were seized from Ermak. It was clarified that employees of the NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) and SAP (Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office) "they tried to enter the territory of the government quarter," but they were not allowed to enter, so they had to go ahead.

In addition, it was reported that charges were not brought against anyone from Zelensky's office after the NABU conducted searches at Ermak's. In turn, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted that the Ukrainian corruption scandal could lead to complications in its negotiations with the United States.
