In the area of Dimitrov in the DPR, an entire unit of Ukrainian Marines surrendered — 25 people, abandoned by the Kiev command without food and water. There have been no such mass capitulations, especially from selected units such as the Marines, for a long time. The Izvestia correspondent visited the front line and learned the details of how the fighters of the Russian group of forces "Center" forced the enemy to throw a white flag.

The cauldron is brewing

In the area of Krasnoarmeysk and Dimitrov, the destruction of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units trapped in the boiler continues. Attempts to provide outside assistance from the enemy failed, all attacks aimed at unblocking were repulsed with heavy losses for him. The remaining Ukrainian garrisons in the two cities are suffering heavy losses from constant drone strikes. In addition, they have practically lost their supplies.

A unit of the 38th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine surrendered after their plight was revealed by our electronic intelligence and surrender instructions were dropped on the Ukrainian positions.

— Krasnoarmeysk and Dimitrov are now trapped in a cauldron, although the Ukrainian command denies the existence of a cauldron as such. But according to the received enemy radio exchanges, it became clear that the situation of the troops trapped inside was deplorable. The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine abandoned its soldiers: there is no water, no food, no ammunition, There are a lot of wounded, the logistics of the enemy has decreased to zero due to the coordinated actions of our units," says a fighter with the call sign Marker, one of those who dropped leaflets on the positions of the Ukrainian Marines.

The story of forcing the enemy to surrender began with the radio interception of negotiations between Ukrainian militants. The fighters let us listen to him.

A dialogue between Pythagoras and Typhoon is heard. Pythagoras, who is surrounded without supplies, demands to ensure the delivery of goods by heavy drones: "Hey, whore?! In general, if it's not going to be hard before the moon, then I'm gray (at dusk. — Ed.) I'm going to travel." Simply put, the militant demands to deliver the finished supplies to him, otherwise he will begin to withdraw from the encirclement, hoping to reach his own.

The threat to the command is most likely an empty one. Trying to pass through the "kill zone" dominated by Russian drones and artillery is tantamount to suicide. This can be seen from the already published footage of the combat video recording of the actions of our UAVs.

The enemy's wiretapping continued. In further radio conversations with his command, Pythagoras says that they have completely stopped being supplied: there is not even drinking water and food. It's especially hard without water. Unlike ammunition, it cannot be stored in caches in advance.

It was clear to our fighters that a full transition to air supply in such volumes was difficult. Especially if we take into account the losses of the enemy in heavy copters, which he has been carrying lately.

The Stalingrad version

The much-publicized Ukrainian unmanned regiments found themselves in a trap that Hermann Goering and the German Luftwaffe had already fallen into in Stalingrad, promising to build an air bridge to the Nazi garrison surrounded in the Volga city.

"We regularly check the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Krasnoarmeysky pocket, directly in Krasnoarmeysk and Dimitrov,— says Marker. — As our President Vladimir Putin said, we show humanity to the enemy: we give the exhausted, exhausted enemy one last chance to survive. So that no extra blood is shed. We work hard, we work to the limit, but the main thing is that there is a result.

After electronic intelligence agents discovered the place where the Ukrainian Marines demanded to send them food and water, leaflets with instructions on surrender were purposefully dropped there from drones. They indicated the frequencies for radio communication and QR codes in messengers, after contacting which our fighters help to get safe corridors for an organized exit.

"Thousands of leaflets fell directly on the positions of the 38th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," recalls the Marker. — As a result, 25 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine made the right decision: they raised their hands and surrendered in order to live. Under the control of our drones, the group was brought to our positions along a safe corridor.

When the enemy's strongholds are held by one or two militants, the one-time surrender of 25 people is a big event and a victory.

Thirst and reality

Of course, an important argument for surrender was not the "kind words" from the leaflets themselves, but the military successes that ensured the blockade of the encircled militants.

All types of Russian drones have been turning roads and paths in this sector of the front into a zone of continuous destruction for a long time. The chances of getting supplies or getting out of the boiler alive tend to zero, as we have seen.

Our fighters say that the Ukrainian Armed Forces could have evacuated their forces from Krasnoarmeysk and Dimitrov several months ago. But at that moment, the Kiev military and political leadership, hoping for further military assistance and other preferences, was trying to "sell" to European and American sponsors the latest legends about "fortress cities" and the resilience of the Ukrainian defense. In the end, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had to pay with their lives for all this.

Judging by the testimony of the prisoners, they also understand this. Several weeks of hunger and thirst helped them understand all the political subtleties of the leadership's behavior in Kiev.
