The European Union named the countries importing Russian gas

Eight EU countries continue to import Russian gas — Spain, Belgium, France, Slovakia, Portugal, Greece, Hungary and the Netherlands. This was announced on September 19 by the EU Representative for Energy, Anna-Kaisa Itkonen.

According to Itkonen, the block has no data on where this gas will eventually be used.

"We know where this gas comes from, but we don't know where it eventually stays and is consumed," the EC representative said.
