The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation did not consider the complaint of comedian Danila Transverchny (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) for the refusal to exclude him from the relevant register. This is evidenced by the court's data, which was reviewed by RIA Novosti on December 30.
"On December 25, 2025, it was refused to transfer the complaint <...> for consideration at a court hearing," the materials say.
On November 23, the Investigative Committee of Russia rejected the petition of 81-year-old lawyer Boris Kuznetsov (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) to terminate criminal prosecution and remove him from the international wanted list. Kuznetsov, who lives in Spain, has been wanted for 18 years. According to the newspaper, the lawyer sent several appeals to the Investigative Committee of Russia — to dismiss the case "due to the lack of evidence of a crime," as well as to cancel the preventive measure and exclude the wanted from the database.
