An avalanche in the Pyrenees Mountains in Spain killed three skiers and injured one woman. This was announced on December 29 by the civil Guard of the kingdom.

"The search operation ended after the Fahal River in Guadalhorza <...> the lifeless body of the second missing man was found," the agency said in a statement on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
