Putin appointed Polyansky as Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE
Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Dmitry Polyansky, Russia's deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN), as the new permanent representative to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). The relevant decree was published on December 29 on the official Internet portal of legal information.
"Appoint Dmitry Alekseevich Polyansky as Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna, Republic of Austria," the document says.
