- Ecotourism will be developed in the Ayano-Maysky district of the Khabarovsk Territory
The agreement on cooperation in the field of tourism was signed by the administration of the Ayano-Maysky district of the Khabarovsk Territory and the Dzhugdzhursky State Nature Reserve. The goal is to develop the tourism industry without harming the unique nature of the area and while preserving the natural complexes of the reserve.
According to the head of the district, Sergei Albertovsky, quoted by IA AmurMedia, the agreement is related to the implementation of the Tourism Development Strategy until 2030. Special emphasis will be placed on the development of ecotourism. The authorities and the reserve will prepare investment proposals to attract federal funds, develop tourist infrastructure and create new routes that will be safe for nature and convenient for travelers.
Albertovsky noted that the agreement opens up new opportunities for the district. The territory will become more accessible and comfortable for tourists, attracting government investments. At the same time, it will be possible to preserve biodiversity.
In November, it was reported that investments in the economy of the Far East were noticeably ahead of the national average. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev. Over the past decade, about 20 trillion rubles have been invested in the development of the region.
