Putin approved an increase in the performance fee from 7% to 12%

The amount of the enforcement fee for non-payment of debt on time is increasing from 7% to 12%, the relevant law was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on December 29. The document is posted on the official Internet portal of legal information.

It is noted that the fee will be set at 12% of the recoverable amount or value of the property, with at least 2 thousand rubles from an individual or individual entrepreneur, as well as 20 thousand rubles from an organization.
