In Chechnya, a bridge on the Goryacheistochnenskaya–Argun highway was put into operation after a large-scale reconstruction. Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the region, wrote about this on December 28 in his Telegram channel.

"I took part in the opening ceremony of the bridge on the 9th km of the Goryacheistochnenskaya -Argun highway. It was put into operation after a large—scale reconstruction," he said.

Kadyrov noted that the new bridge will be named after Elakh-Mullah Debirov, who was engaged in peacekeeping activities in Chechnya. The bridge was 158 m long and 15 m wide. Also, during the reconstruction, a regulatory dam was installed under the 388 m long bridge.

According to the head of the republic, the bridge was previously in disrepair, it was restored as part of the state program "Development of the road industry of the Chechen Republic."

On December 22, on the Day of the Power Engineer, power facilities were put into operation in Karelia, the Chechen Republic, Khabarovsk and Krasnoyarsk territories. The 110 kV Granit substation was launched in Karelia for the development of mining. A 110 kV Veduchi facility has been commissioned in the Chechen Republic, powering the resort of the same name. The 220 kV Polymetal substation for the Albazino gold deposit has been put into operation in the Khabarovsk Territory.
