The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) lost an entire assault group in the forest near the Estuary in the Kharkov direction. This was reported on December 29 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The enemy made one attempt to regain lost positions, conducting one counterattack by units of the 120th separate Air Defense brigade, but was unsuccessful. As a result of the unsuccessful attack, I lost 50% of the assault group killed and 50% wounded," RIA Novosti news agency reports.
