Russian FSB officers stopped an attempt to enter the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) by three saboteurs recruited by the Main intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. This was reported on December 28 in the UFSB of the DPR.

"Filtration groups of the FSB regional directorate identified and detained three servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine recruited by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. They tried to enter the territory of the republic under the guise of evacuated civilians," RIA Novosti quoted the ministry as saying.
