The head of the GUR Budanov acknowledged the need for negotiations with Russia

Kirill Budanov, head of the Ukrainian Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) (included in the Rosfinmonitoring list of terrorists and extremists), said that negotiations with Russia are necessary.

He stressed that dialogue with Moscow is needed to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.

"The negotiation process is necessary and cannot be done without it, it is necessary," he said in an interview with the Ukrainian edition of the Public, the video was posted on the YouTube channel.
