A large-scale modernization of heat supply has begun in Kislovodsk
A large-scale modernization of the heat supply system starts in Kislovodsk. The authorities have already identified a contractor for the construction of two modern boiler houses, Vladimir Vladimirov, Governor of the Stavropol Territory, said on social media.
The first modular boiler house with a capacity of 12.8 MW will be built on Sadovaya Street by the end of 2026. It will provide stable heat to 15 objects — apartment buildings and social institutions.
A second, more powerful 72 MW boiler house will be built on Embankment Street in 2027. It will provide heat to more than 200 buildings, including schools, kindergartens and residential buildings.
More than 760 million rubles from the regional budget will be allocated for the construction of facilities, writes IA SevastopolMedia. The implementation of the projects is under constant control of the regional Ministry of Housing and Communal Services.
Earlier it was reported that 20 projects in the tourism industry will be implemented in Kislovodsk by 2027. Hotels of various capacities and comfort levels will be built in the city, as well as medical centers with hospitals.
