A series of festive programs in support of families of participants in a special military operation has started in the south of the capital. The events will be organized within the framework of the urban project "Winter in Moscow," the press service of the prefecture of the Southern Administrative District reported.

On December 26, a family disco concert "For the protection of the Family" was held on Sumy Street in the Chertanovo Severnoye district. An interactive program with contests and games was waiting for the guests on the Suburban highway in the Donskoy district. All the young participants received souvenirs.

On December 31, a meeting with Santa Claus and a festive photo session for children will take place on Zagoryevskaya Street in Biryulyovo Vostochny.

At the same time, actions in support of military personnel are taking place in the district. Master classes "With their own hands" were held in Nagatinsky Zaton at the humanitarian aid collection site on Zaton Street. Local residents have made two camouflage nets, 75 hospital pillows and over 500 hygiene kits for soldiers on the front line.

The program of the Winter in Moscow project includes various cultural, educational and sports events that bring together Muscovites and guests of the capital of all ages, creating conditions for creative development, active recreation and communication.
