In 2025, more than 1.2 million people visited Moscow's tourist information centers (TIC), Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina said.

During the year, the Moscow TIC operated not only in the Russian capital, but also in 22 regions of the country, as well as abroad: in Minsk, Beijing and Kuwait City.

"Information centers for tourists were visited by representatives of 65 countries, including India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia and the Republic of South Africa. The guests were introduced to leisure opportunities in Moscow, urban projects and useful services," said Sergunina.

Visitors were most often interested in such locations as VDNKh, Zaryadye Park, Moskino Film Park and Gorky Park, the Moscow Planetarium and the GES-2 House of Culture. The travelers also asked about the project "Summer in Moscow", the forum "Territory of the future. Moscow 2030", festivals "Moscow — on the wave. Fish Week" and "Easter Gift".

Today, there are six shopping malls in the capital: in Zaryadye Park, at the Northern and Southern River Stations, at the Island of Dreams amusement park, on Tverskaya Square and Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street. In addition, there are five mobile centers in Russia. This year they stayed in Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Arkhangelsk, Ufa, Kostroma, Samara and other cities.

In the information centers, tourists are told about the iconic places of Moscow and the event poster, they help to create walking routes and choose interesting excursions. The experts answer questions in four languages: Russian, Chinese, Arabic and English.
