All countries that are on Russia's side should be banned from the Olympic Games. This was announced on December 25 by the head of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) Andriy Shevchenko.

"All countries that are on Russia's side should be excluded while the <conflict> continues," Dagens Nyheter newspaper quoted him as saying.

He also called for simultaneous pressure from all sides on Russia. According to him, it is important that peace in Ukraine is reasonable and acceptable for the country and its European allies.
