The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has proposed a delay in the payment of scrap collection for the largest domestic manufacturers of cars and trailers. This was announced on December 25 by the press service of the department on its website.
"The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has prepared a draft resolution that suggests postponing the payment of the recycling fee for the largest domestic manufacturers of vehicles and trailers," the message says.
The Ministry proposes to postpone the payment of the tax for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for the I-III quarters of 2026 to December 2026.
