Pensions for working pensioners in Russia next year will be indexed by 7.6% in January and again in August. This was announced on December 23 by Ekaterina Stenyakina, a member of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs (United Russia).

"Indexing happens automatically, no applications need to be submitted for this," TASS quoted her as saying.
