You can now restore access to a frozen account on Gosuslugi using a digital ID in the MAX messenger. This was announced on December 18 by the Ministry of Finance on the official website.

"If your account on Gosuslugi is "frozen" for 72 hours due to suspicious activity, you can restore full access to the services ahead of schedule. Previously, this could only be done in person at the MFC. Now there is a remote way — using a digital ID in MAX. It is safe and provides reliable identification," the message says.

At the same time, the ministry stressed that it is not necessary for the user to use the messenger for recovery, he can, at his discretion, wait for the expiration of the freezing period or use other methods.

In case of suspicious user activity, access to the portal sections with financial information and the ability to log in using "Public Services" is limited for 72 hours, for example, on the websites of microfinance organizations and in the Gosklyuch application.

On December 11, the Department for Combating the Illegal Use of Information and Communication Technologies (UBC) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs warned that fraudsters were distributing messages via messengers on behalf of Gosuslug with the promise of receiving a "payment", but in fact such mailings only lead to subscriptions to fraudulent channels.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
