"Christmas trees" from the needle: how was the premiere of the 12th part of the New Year's franchise

The secular premiere of the main New Year's franchise took place in Moscow on the evening of December 13. The guests of the closed screening were the first to see the twelfth part of "Christmas Trees", the plot of which once again unites the stories of different characters and gives hope for a miracle. The film was presented to the first audience by creative producer and screenwriter Zhora Kryzhovnikov and the stars of the project — Dmitry Nagiyev, Ruzil Minekaev, Tina Stoilkovich, Yulia Topolnitskaya, blogger Masha Milash and others. The winter fairy tale came to the October cinema in the capital on December 13 — a red carpet was spread inside, along which coniferous trees in painted toys "grew". It has become a good tradition to celebrate the New Year with "Christmas Trees". The twelfth part is coming out this December.

Zhora Gooseberry, well-known to the audience, became one of the creative producers and screenwriters of the new series. Together with the creative team of the project, he combined several different novels in the tradition of "Christmas Trees" with one common story about a good New Year's miracle. According to the plot, the little hero Vanya from Kirov hopes for this. Having learned about the separation of his parents, he decides to go to Veliky Ustyug to personally ask Santa Claus for the fulfillment of his most cherished wish.

— We all believe in the New Year, we believe that everything can be fixed, returned and that everything will be fine. That's why these stories resonate with us so much. It was a great pleasure for us to plunge into this magical atmosphere once again and try to believe in a miracle, which, I hope, will happen with this film," Zhora Gooseberry addressed the audience from the stage of the first screening.

"Christmas Trees" has once again assembled a stellar cast. The performers of Kryzhovnikov's recent high-profile work "Moscow does not believe in tears. Everything is just beginning" Yulia Topolnitskaya, Tina Stoilkovich, blogger Masha (Maria Kamova). For the latter, it's a full—meter debut.

— My first big role was in the TV series "Moscow does not believe in tears," and we worked with the same guys in the "Fir Trees." Zhora Gooseberry is a great professional and a genius. It's cool that my first director is so strong. My character is a confident lady with material values that she may have to reconsider," Maria shared her memories on the red carpet. — We filmed winter in the summer. That's awesome! Imagine, it's +30 outside, and I'm wearing a warm fur coat, there's really snow and a New Year's atmosphere on the playground. You start to believe it.

Dmitry Zhuravlev, the host of the popular Internet show "Natal Map", also joined the big New Year's film universe. He also came to October. He approached the image in his playful manner and put on a plaid jacket with a surprise open back over his shirt, which he willingly showed to photographers.

The old heroes are also returning in new "Fir Trees". Ruzil Minekaev, who joined the franchise in the previous installment as courier Damir, will reappear on the screen. He attended the premiere in the company of his wife Aziza, who appeared in an elegant black set. The audience is also waiting for a meeting with the guard of the elite village, Uncle Yura, performed by Dmitry Nagiyev.

— When I go out to play the play "Kysya", and we have already shown it about five hundred times, I always gather the troupe and say: "We must surprise each other." It's the same with the "Fir Trees" — we all know each other. I know Andrey Nikolaevich Pershin (Zhora Kryzhovnikov), and he knows me. We agreed: "Let's surprise each other." And we tried to surprise each other. Therefore, I hope that it turned out fresh and new," Nagiyev told Izvestia about the filming of the new part.

He appeared on the red carpet in his usual brutal way. Kirill Nagiyev also came to support his father. Boris Dergachev, Olga Kartunkova, Slava Kopeikin, Anton Bogdanov and others were also among the guests of the show.

The general audience will soon find out where the heroes of the film "Christmas Trees 12" will lead the search for a miracle — the picture is released on December 18. The distributor is NMG Kinoprokat (part of the National Media Group holding).
