A State guarantee fund for bona fide participants in real estate transactions may be established in Russia. A corresponding appeal addressed to Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin was sent on December 13 by Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Boris Chernyshov, the LDPR party.

"I ask you to consider the proposal to create a State Guarantee Fund for bona fide participants in real estate transactions by analogy with the successfully functioning system of the Deposit Insurance Agency," RIA Novosti quotes a fragment of the document.
