"Under the new terms, a preferential rate of up to 9% applies to the development of project documentation for windows that were purchased by investors before the program was approved," the state—owned company noted. First Deputy General Director of DOM.Alexey Nidens of the Russian Federation said that creditors had received over 200 applications from investors.
