PSB provided housing for employees of the Tambov defense industry company

PSB conducted a deal for the sale of an apartment building in the residential complex "Coastal" to the Russian chemical manufacturer JSC "Pigment", the bank's press service said.

The new multi-storey building is intended for employees of the Pigment company and their families, who will have to move into 105 apartments, including one-room, two-room and three-room apartments.

"This deal is an important step in the implementation of our program for the construction of preferential housing. The Coastal residential complex project will certainly create comfortable living conditions for employees of one of the key enterprises in the region and will become an additional factor in attracting highly qualified specialists to the Tambov region. PSB will continue to develop initiatives aimed at supporting employees of industrial enterprises," said Sergey Dobrin, Senior Vice President of PSB.

Residential complex "Coastal" is a project that PSB is implementing in Tambov as part of a program for the construction of preferential housing for employees of enterprises of the military-industrial complex. The program is aimed at attracting and retaining highly qualified personnel in industrial enterprises due to the opportunity to purchase apartments at below-market prices. The facility will be put into operation in the 4th quarter of 2027.
