Russians have become more likely to use artificial intelligence (AI) in various service sectors, from marketing and law to accounting and education. This is evidenced by the results of the Avito Services study, which was reviewed by Izvestia on November 28.

According to the service, in January – October 2025, Russians turned to AI help in the fields of IT, design, texts, PR and advertising using AI 2.6 times more often compared to the previous year. Social media promotion has become the most popular service in this area — the demand for such tasks has increased 4.4 times.

The use of neural networks in creating product cards on marketplaces and ad services has increased by 99%, and legal services using artificial intelligence have become more in demand by 56%.

According to the study, more and more Russians want to learn how to use neural networks — such requests increased 4.3 times in January – October 2025. The number of users who "animate" photos using neural networks has increased 3.5 times, and the services of AI assistants have become 2.3 times more popular.

According to the platform, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses often use neural networks for routine but time-consuming tasks: generating advertising texts, creating personalized ads, selecting visual materials for the audience and analyzing effectiveness in real time. According to experts, this blurs the boundaries between big and small players in the market.

The study showed that AI does not replace humans, but enhances their capabilities. At the same time, there are still tasks that the neural network cannot handle alone: for example, negotiations, strategic consulting and conflict management.

The study involved 3,000 Russians aged 18 to 50 years.
