In Russia, it was proposed to consider the establishment of specialized cash payments for mothers with many children and especially for heroine mothers dedicated to Mother's Day. This idea was proposed by State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov, who sent a corresponding appeal on November 28 to Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov.
