Khabarovsk residents have signed almost 2 thousand social contracts since the beginning of 2025

Since the beginning of 2025, 1,9 thousand social contracts have been signed with residents of the Khabarovsk Territory. Of these, 383 contracts were signed with large families. Since the contract is for a family, the total number of people who received support exceeded 5,000.

State aid is paid under the regional project "Large family" within the framework of the national project "Family", IA AmurMedia clarifies. According to Olga Kuchaeva, Deputy Minister of Social Protection of the region, before concluding a social contract for individual entrepreneurship and personal housekeeping, citizens are tested to determine the level of entrepreneurial competence. If the result is unsatisfactory, the applicant is given the opportunity to complete training at the My Business center.

In 2025, almost 415 million rubles have been allocated for this type of assistance. Since the beginning of the year, 741 residents of the region have received payments to open their own business, 681 people have received payments to find work, 269 have received payments to establish a personal subsidiary farm, and 223 have received payments to overcome a difficult life situation.

The agency explains that families and single citizens with an average per capita income below the subsistence minimum per capita, which is set in the region on the date of applying for help, have the right to a social contract. Now it is 21 thousand 634 rubles.

Earlier it was reported that the Amur Technopark will appear in the Khabarovsk Territory. It will be created in accordance with the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin, approved following the results of the 10th Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok in September 2025. The Technopark will provide a full range of services for the placement and development of SMEs. His specialization will be small technology companies, creative industries and information technology. We have already managed to conclude 11 preliminary agreements with potential residents.
