PSB was recognized as the best among the largest Russian banks in terms of the speed and convenience of the mortgage application approval service for customers, according to the Frank Mortgage Award 2025.

According to the PSB, the jury highly appreciated the possibilities of digital and service solutions that shorten the terms of mortgage transactions at the PSB and significantly increase the convenience of the customer journey.

"Mortgage registration is an important stage in the life of every borrower, and our task as a bank is to provide the client with not just a loan product, but comprehensive support at every stage," said Marina Zabotina, Director of the Mortgage Business Department at PSB.
She stressed that the bank offers a comprehensive service that combines high-speed decision-making, convenient digital tools and high-quality transaction support.

"The development of digital channels and the improvement of the customer path allow us to ensure maximum comfort and transparency of the process," Zabotina added. Thanks to this, for the third year in a row, PSB has been among the leaders of the banking market in terms of the speed of reviewing mortgage applications, said the Director of the PSB Mortgage Business Department. According to her, in the bank's system, "the entire approval process takes a few minutes."

The Frank Mortgage Award is a national award for the best mortgage banking products and services selected by the Frank RG analytical company based on market research and customer experience.

This year's winners were determined based on a large-scale industry study "Mortgage in Russia 2025", which analyzed the mortgage programs of 17 of the country's largest credit institutions, tested the digital functionality of banks, studied the opinions of about 2.5 thousand mortgage customers, conducted interviews with market participants: banks, developers and real estate agencies.
