Russian President Vladimir Putin has not received any messages from American leader Donald Trump through Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. This was announced on November 12 by Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

"We have not received any signals through him," Ushakov said on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.

Earlier, on October 29, Reuters reported that Trump would meet with the leaders of five Central Asian countries. It was reported that Tokayev, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov planned to take part in the meeting. On November 6, Tokayev arrived in Washington on a visit.
