According to the minister, it is important to ensure that the equipment is of high quality, affordable and delivered on time.

"If we are confident that every school will receive the equipment it needs, and we create conditions in every school: rural, urban, and rural schools, in terms of learning conditions, then this mechanism is promising for us," he said.
